Ingredients
For the Dumplings:

1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for a heartier texture)

½ tsp black pepper

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas or white beans, drained (for protein)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Soup Base

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery, and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.

Step 2: Prepare the Dumplings
