-1 cup of cooked brown rice (or rice of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
- Optional toppings: salsa, vegan sour cream, hot sauce


**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Black Bean and Corn Mixture:**
   - In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn kernels, and taco seasoning. Stir well to evenly coat the beans and corn with the seasoning.

2. **Assemble the Burrito Wraps:**
