- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt (to taste) for seasoning

*For the Oven-Roasted Broccoli:*                                                                   
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional, for extra flavor)

**Instructions:**
